NSW: Man killed after being hit by car

New South Wales has registered its first road toll for the Christmas holiday period.

A man has killed early today when he was struck by a car in North Richmond, in Sydney's
north-west.

Police say it appears the victim was lying on Charles Street when he was hit by a sedan
travelling south.

Crash investigators are at the scene.
